Spring/Summer Outdoor 2026 Season Track & Field Registration Fees
Registration Fees paid for new members cover some coaching fees, a team singlet, a t-shirt and a track suit (track suit is approximately a $100 value). We are now requiring our Athletes to wear our Gazelle Official Bottoms (Gazelle Competitive Shorts, Compression Shorts or Compression Tights) in competition. There is an additional fee of $30 to $40 each for these bottoms. Fees that parents or athletes have to cover outside of the Registration Fees Paid are Meet Fees, Association Membership Fees, Travelling Fees and Indoor Venue Rental Fees. Meet Fees and Association Membership Fees range from age group to age group. We aim to subsidize some fees with fundraising initiatives which is mandatory for our members. The above fees do not include Indoor/Outdoor Venue Rental Fees for each particular Season in the Durham Region. Indoor Fees are typically $25 – $35 a month for our members based on 5 months of indoor venue use. Outdoor Fees are typically $15 – $20 a month for our members based on 4 months of outdoor venue use. These estimates are subject to change based on venue costs. Fundraising initiatives (mandatory participation from our members) will be used to help subsidize venue fees and other costs to help families out. Those members training exclusively at York University, St Marcellinus HS or Bill Crothers HS are not subject to outdoor venue fees. Members training at York University have to pay entrance fees to the venue directly and there is also paid parking.
*Meet Fees will be handled separately from Registration Fees. Meet fees are the responsibility of the athlete and/or parent.
!Please keep in mind each Season (Indoor & Outdoor) have their own separate fee.
New Members will receive a Team Singlet and T-Shirt as part of the Registration fee as well as Track Suit.
There is a 10% discount if full year (Indoor + Outdoor Season) is paid at the beginning of season in September and if siblings join. Tax Receipts will be provided in January of the following year.
